SANCTUARY: The Many Facets of Baptism

Christian Baptism is a symbolic act done to acknowledge the forgiveness given through Christ as a person repents, confesses sin,  and is forgiven.  It initiates persons into a covenant community called the Church- those circumcised of the heart by the Holy Spirit.  With Christian Baptism we acknowledge the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives and are known as God’s children.
