SANCTUARY: The Many Facets of Baptism

Christian Baptism is a symbolic act done to acknowledge the forgiveness given through Christ as a person repents, confesses sin, and is forgiven. It initiates persons into a covenant community called the Church- those circumcised of the heart by the Holy Spirit. With Christian Baptism we acknowledge the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives and are known as God’s children. Sermon text: Hebrews 10:19-25
